Can I set freesco router to be my diap up server

Yes. Freesco has RAS built in.
You can connect to freesco via UTP and it will dial out using a phone line if you want.

FREESCO can also be configured as a dial-in server, so you can dial in via a phone line and join the LAN that FREESCO is connected to.
