How can I use an FTP server behind my FREESCO firewall?

The FTP protocol doesn't work very well through a NAT/firewall box, because a 'random' port is selected for communication between client and server.

A possible solution for this problem is to install the proxy-suite package.

This white paper describes the proxy-suite in detail.

A sample config for FREESCO 027 shows howto expose an FTP server running inside the firewall at IP 192.168.0.21.
